Volunteer details
Pre-Registered Participant Check-In (12:30 - 3:30 PM)
Assist runners who registered in advance by verifying their registration, checking identification if needed, assign bib numbers, and directing them to shirt pickup areas.
Pre-Registered Shirt Distribution (12:30 - 3:30 PM)
Distribute event shirts to pre-registered participants, ensuring they receive the correct size and helping answer any questions about event merchandise.
Race Day Registration (12:30 - 3:30 PM)
Process new participant registrations on race day, collect registration forms and payments, provide race materials, and assist with event information.
Course Marshal (2:00 - 4:00 PM)
Monitor assigned locations along the race course, direct runners along the correct route, encourage participants, and help maintain a safe environment by reporting any issues to race officials.
Post-Race Food Table (2:00 - 4:00 PM)
Set up and distribute refreshments to participants after they finish the race, keep food and beverage areas stocked and organized, and assist with cleanup as needed.
Post-Race Medal Distribution (2:00 - 4:00 PM)
Congratulate finishers and present medals at the finish area, ensuring all eligible participants receive their medal and helping maintain an orderly distribution process.
